Any discussion of depression can only be a good thing — great post and it’s clear there is a link between sleep and depression for sure. If you are interested in accurate sleep tracking I’d suggest you give the Oura ring a look (I’m not involved with the company). The new (about to be released) v2 ring tracks a host of sleep-related metrics which can only improve things.
