Great post Chris — I’ve been monitoring my sleep for a while too. Used an Ouraring to track my sleep (highly recomend —and their version2 is about to ship). I Bought blue light blocking glasses for the evening (massive improvements), experimented with melatonin supplements, and have a light mask for sleep time. Sleep improvements are my #1 suggestion for anyone wanting to improve their mood/health/life in general.
